We have gathered a collection of many and varied food and drink recipes using Castle Glen Products. We hope to show you that there are many more ways to serve our preservative-free Liqueurs, Wines, Fortified Wines, Sparkling Wines and Specialty Products than in a glass.

Fairy Kisses

Just the excuse you need to be 'off with the fairies'!

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Musk Stick Liqueur
  • 30ml Coconut Crème Liqueur
  • 10ml Amorè Liqueur
  • Crushed or Shaved Ice
  • Caster Sugar, for frosting the glass

Wet the rim of a Martini Glass and turn upside down in caster sugar. Fill the glass with the Crushed or Shaved Ice. Pour over Amorè Liqueur, then MuskStick Liqueur and finally the Coconut Crème Liqueur.

Passionfruit Bellini

If you have a champagne you are not really enjoying, add some Passionfruit Liqueur and make it more delectable.

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Passionfruit Liqueur
  • Castle Glen Handmade Champagne

Pour 30ml Passionfruit Liqueur into a champagne glass, fill with Castle Glen Champagne. Sweet and delicious!

Unidentified Cocktail Obsession

Ingredients:

  • 30ml Coconut Liqueur
  • 30ml Melon Liqueur
  • 30ml Banana Liqueur
  • 30ml Peach Blush Liqueur
  • 30ml Blue Lagoon Liqueur
  • 60ml Apparg (Grappa) or Vodka
  • Soda Water to top

Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add all ingredients except for the Blue Lagoon & Soda Water. Shake and Strain into a highball (tall) glass. Top with Soda Water, leaving enough room to float the Blue Lagoon on the top.

Pisco Sour

The easy version of the famous South American Cocktail, without the egg whites. Tastes fantastic!

Ingredients:

  • Lemoncello Crème Liqueur
  • Grappa
  • Ice

Mix equal amounts of Lemoncello Crème Liqueur and Grappa (50/50 blend). Serve poured over ice. Yum!
